I DON’T RECEIVE BILL FOR THIS NUMBERS SINCE SEVERAL YEARS. AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS I GOT MY FIRST BILL IN FEB. FROM WHICH I CAME TO KNOW MY SMS PACK WAS INACTIVE WITHOUT I ASKING TO STOP IT. SO I CALL CUSTOMER CARE SO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON SAID YOU ARE RIGHT YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY REQUEST SO YOU WILL GET REFUND. SINCE SERPTMBER 2009 IT WAS STOPED SO IM ENTITLED TO GET ALMOST Rs. 5000 to 6000 refund. AFTER HELL OF TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE AND FROM ONE SENIOR PERSON TALK I GOT REFUND OF JUST 900/- SO DENIED TO ACCEPT OT AND SAID TILL YOU CLEAR MY THIS ISSUE I WILL NOT MAKE PAYMENT OF YOUR BILLS. SO ON 11TH May 13 MY OUT GOING WAS BARRED. IM CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL SINCE LAST 7 TO 8 YEARS PAYING ALMOST 5 LACS PLUS AMOUNT. IM ENTILE FOR THIS MENTAL HARRESHMENT? IS THIS WAY AIRTEL PAYS TO THEIR LOYAL CUTOMERS? WITHOUT LOOKING CUSTOMER RECORD OR COMPLAINTS THEY SIMPLY BARRED NUMBER?

THIS IS NOTHING BUT SHEER HUMILIATION. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER ISSUES ALSO LIKE VERY BAD NETWORK, THEIR COLLECTION PEOPLE ARE USING LANGUAGE OF SADAK CHAAP PERSON. WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS INSULT, HUMILIATION AND HARRESHMANET?
