Hearing problem

Dear sir.

My Postpaid mobile No. 9748744156 Last 8 months imam complaining Airtel that I canot hear from my residence when incoming & outging call is connected . freqently after it is disconnected while talking. I am feeling such a problem I have also one prepaid line ihaving the same problem at my residence.

My mother is 80 years old staying in the house and i am a working lady. I feel difficult to talk to my mother. My mother feels anxiety thinking about her age.

I will be obliged if u look into the matter and get rid of this problem.
