I am a subscriber of Airtel Braodband and recently i have changed my modem to Wi Fi modem and surprise when i was charged with Rs. 1500/- whereas company website mentioned the charges for Wi Fi modem as Rs.1000/-. Moreover, when i took connection around one year back at that time it was said to me as and when i change my modem i have to paid difference of Wi Fi Modem and normal modem and told me about difference of Rs.250/- at that time. The Airtel people took back the old modem and install the Wi Fi modem and charged me Rs. 1500/- . This way i have paid twice the price for the service. Inspite of my repeated reminders nothing is done and i had no alternate and bearing the cost twice. Will the authorities look into this and arrange for refund of my excess money charged.
