Dear sir

I appreciate your concern about providing us better service, but there has been no improvement in GPRS speed I'm still getting 4 to 5 kBps maximum. And whenever i get EDGE speed go down in between 2 to 3 kBps (That is maximum with EDGE), I really think this whole area need a better solution for GPRS, like putting new towers to strength your signals, and that may too solve our call drop problem here.

Someone from your side told me that my problem will be corrected by 18th of May, but nothing happen.

Sir i'm using mobile office Rs 98 pack, and believe me its been a horrible experience for me... I dont even recommend anyone to go for this one.

Only if my problem is corrected then I may continue recommending it.

I have been using this very same number 9897149524 by almost 5 or 6

years, and there is no care for such an old customer, what kind of

marketing strategy you are using? That I dont understand.
