Non compliance of Airtel with NDNC

Dear Sir,

I am registered with NDNC since 27/08 but still I am flooded with promotional SMSs and frequent calls for telemarketers. I would like to know how can I can lodge compain to TRAI against it. My Reference number is F1001355541. Today again I got call for Manhattan Credit Card from no 911145044038. My contact id is [email protected]
