Hi,

I wish to unsubscribe the Jumaani service, however, I am not able to do so even after calling Airtel Customer Service for several times. they keep on transferring the call from here to there but do not provide and resolution. It seems that it is a delibrate action and actually they do not wish to unsubscribe it.

What should I do about it.
