hii, my name is rishab jain and i am a student and my contact no. is 9867004060 i bought a new prepaid lifetime airtel sim card on august and i am receiving many call and sms from various persons stating that this no was before using by smoe buddy called Vishal Kamkhar as a student i am getting very irritated and whenever i go to airtel gallery for the same they give very worst response and even i am facing to much network problem for around 2months call automatically get disconnected or connection error i complained for the same for around 10time but still they tell that it will be solved but as it is airtel only they say nothing they do..
plz provide me some solution for the same...

I recharged with rs 95 (sms pack) on 13jun 12.19am i got d benefit on 13thjun and from 14th jun i am sending msg and it deducting from my main balance and i called up customer care they told me it will be solved on 15jun 1.30pm but still i call they say its in process.
i said i have not used msg pack for 3day give a extension in my validity for 3 days. they are saying straight away no sir not possible means here consumer should waste their money
