Unnecessary packages were being added to my bill plan without my notification, this happened repeatedly more than 3 times even when i deactivated the service. I contacted the cust. care numerous times wasted my whole time gettin a waiver but they never waived off a single paisa from my bill... n now when i hv stopped using that Sim they r bugging me off, sending me bills with a late fee... what to do? if i stop that sim will i get the security refund?
