Demading bill payment against unused numbe

To Airtel deactive collection manager,

I have received a letter from airtel (data card plan) to pay my outstanding bill amount. As I was about to leave to abroad, I have asked customer care to deactivate my number before one month of this bill period and I have paid the bill amount for the last month. But I have received the bill for the deactivation period and its abnormal bill when compared with my regular charge of each month which i used before.

Now I am being asked to pay bill otherwise it will go to legal action. Do you people are thinking the public is so mad? or you are the people only doing correct and we public cheating you?

I dont know how they made this stupid bill. I have been asking you to many times but didnt get any convincing information. They said that its computer generated bills so that we can;t do anything. If computer alone doing all those things then what else you people are doing there? simply sitting and getting salary?

My system also shows me that I have never used my data card for such a amount. So find out the problem and send me a proper reply. otherwise, I want to make a legal action with my solicitor.
