I am working with a reputed bank as manager and using Airtel since long but now as my bank has tie up with Vodafone so i had to change my number and i requested Airtel to convert my postpaid connection to Prepaid.
I want to put into your knowledge that i had to visit the Airtel outlet (Rohini-Sec 7) 5 time for the same but still not done because of system failure and irresponsible behaviour of the staff. There was no chair to sit and no staff to listen you. At last i decided to quit my Airtel number.
I also want to highlight that one of their staff named Kisore was very irresponsible - he moved out from the outlet when i enterd. i also dropped a written complaint against him in the complaint box.
Prier to this episode there was a good image of Airtel and its network and services in my mind but now i will never ever use Airtel and not will advise anyone to go for Airtel. They are not able to manage their customers now as they also started to charge 50 paise on every 3rd minute when we call to customer care which we are bound to pay.
Please take some strick action to correct all these so that other customer does not face the same problem.
