I MR AMIT NARAYANAN FROM NALLASOPARA WEST, HAD PURCHASED A PREPAID SIM OF AIRTEL ON DATED ON JUNE 28TH OF 2010 .BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS MY SIM CARD WAS NOT FUNCTIONING, I CALLED UP FOR CUSTOMER CARE NO.BUT THE EXCUTIVE OFFICER SAID THAT THE DOUCMENTS HASN'T YET REACHED TO AIRTEL GALLERY. BUT AFTER TWO DAYS, I HAVE SUBMITED THE DOCUMENT TO THE RETAILORS, BUT STILL SERVICE WAS NOT STARTED . MY AIRTEL NO IS;9096199109 SO I HOPE YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
