For 4 weeks now I am writing complaints to airtel regarding disturbing unwanted sms and even calls
they reply, giving complaint nos, sometimes they even call, they give all kind of promises to stop those sms and calls
but at the end nothing changed, they just pretend, they do some action,
but at the end they dont care
They make so much money on those sms, that this profit is more important to them, than the complaint of some clients like me.
we should all join, and take airtel to the consumer courts
where we should ask for compensation for the permanent attacks on our privacy and our health!
Why the government does not intervene to protect us from this nuisiance?
