I had a Airtel postpaid mobile connection no. 9815615344 & using this no. from last 8-9 years. 3-4 months back I had converted this no. from postpaid to prepaid. After one month without any information Airtel had disconnect the connection. When I contacted their customer care & Local representative Pacific communication they replied me that due to non availability of ID proof the phone was disconnected. Then I contacted to their delhi office. From there i got reply that we will again start the connection. Then i regularly following it. But today on 6/08/10 I got reply from there delhi office that they will not start the connection.
Now I want to know in the whole scenario what is my fault & why I am suffering.
