I have been responding to the calls from your end. I really would like to tell you if you would understand how painful and disturbing the calls have been. i do not know if it was you or someone else on the call who totally did not want to hear a word of what I had to say I even request for the name but she just did not give her name to me. It was so frustrating that i was speaking from my end and she kept speaking from here end and when she finished she banked the phone down.

Kalpana you know the total situation of my connection it feels like I have made a big mistake and instigated a total harassment by putting my problem to you.

I dont really think I deserve to be insulted and harnessed after being misguided for such a long time. All i have wanted is an internet connection which was offered from your end. I am not a bill defaulter then why am I being treated like one.

AFTER ALL THE BELOW MAILS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR THE CONNECTION.

YOUR PEOPLE CAME HOME DID SOME WIRING. I HAD ASKED FOR A CHANGED NUMBER AS I WAS GETTING A LOT OF BLANK CALLS ON MY PREVIOUS NUMBER. SO AFTER THE WIRING A GET A CALL FROM YOUR END SAYING IN 2 DAYS WE SHALL COMPLETE THE INTERNET CONNECTION AS PER THE SCHEME I HAVE ASKED FOR. NOW IT IS 2 MONTHS AND NOBODY EVEN BOTHERS TO CALL OR COME AND VISIT. THIS IS REALLY A BIG JOKE. I COULD HAVE TAKEN ANY OTHER CONNECTION BY NOW BUT I AM TRULY INTERESTED TO KNOW HOW LOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL A COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL CAN BE AND CAN GET.

AFTER ALL THE SHAMELESSNESS OF THE ABOVE YOU SEND ME A BILL AGAIN FOR THE JUNE MONTH.

WHAT DO U THINK YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS WHO CAN BE MISLEAD TO SUCH AN EXTEND.

THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE PRINTED IN THE NEWS PAPERS .TO WHAT EXTEND

AIRTEL CAN GO.

NOW I RECEIVE A BILL FOR THE MONTH OF MAY FROM YOUR SIDE. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME

My name is Shrishti Kumar. I had a phone number which I have now

disconnected which was 020- 40039878. While I received a call from

Airtel from a bombay number in regards to settlement of bills and

disconnection I was offer a scheme of unlimited broadband and speed

of 512 after one month @ 499 per month. Which I had requested a

call back this week to confirm the same.

I was told that this is a reconnection scheme for those customers

who have disconnected their Airtel lines. I have called the customer

care numbers but have not received any help for the same.

I am now interested in the same scheme, could some one contact me

on 9923303286 if it is available and if not please inform me the

same so that i can take a bsnl connection then.
