Hi, I am Ashish and using Airtel since last 4 years my number is 9867631320.
Since last 6 months I am getting various Debits automatically. Sometimes they charged for Caller tune some times in the name of some games service activation and so on.
Yesterday I recharged with 50 Rs. and for the same I got 2 Rs. balance and god know now what service they have activated. Msg was LM-Oxigen transaction id.
Now again I got a Msg you have been renewed for Movie search subcribtion and been charged.
Its horrible I thought I will not recharge again and let 2 Rs. remain in the balance and even from 2 rs. they have deducted saying 1 Rs. debited for Movie subcription.
Every time I call them they says you had requested for this service etc.
Pls look in to variuos debits in name of various services I want to have all the charges back what they have charged in the name of various services in last 6 months. Even they can checked I HAVE NEVER USED ANY SERVICES EVER INSPITE OF THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED.
PLS DO THE NEEDFUL AND CREDIT THE AMOUNT DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
