Mysterious balance deduction

I, MRS ANTARA PAL, an airtel customer, using mobile no-9903415337 for last few years. Recently i have observed that my balance is being continuously deducted without any known reason. I have also tried to contact customer care over phone but in vain.

I have unfortunately faced such kind of problems earlier also.

Let me know the actual fact by sms and reimburse my deducted balance at the earliest.
