Hi,

I'm Samaresh Jana. I wonder how my Mob connection No 9800885231 having SIM No 89915100000029872589 has become invalid since this noon 19/08. I dialed from 9933513974 at about 2.10pm to 12144 (DHL) for query but they could not meet my query at all. What they informed are -

i) Someone replaced my SIM (9800885231)

ii) I've to contact my nearest Airtel Shop for help.

Now let me know

i) How does a consumer rely such a system where the question is security?

ii) Who is Mr. X and how does he dare to do so?
