Undue Bill Charges

I had a data card of Airtel with one year advance paid service. After completion of 1 year Airtel extended the connection with a Rs 599/- per month plan without any intimation. When New bill came I sent them a request to close the connection with an immediate effect as I am not using their service anymore. They repeatedly called me and tried to pursue me to retain the connection and I denied every time. They did not terminate the connection and sent me a bill of Rs. 659.98. Why should I pay this bill? Also I do not know whether they will send another bill for next month or not because they are not responding to emails. Can I open a case with the Court? I do not want to pay my hard money to this irresponsible company.
