I called 121 airtel customer service from 9752664239 and mr. shubham attended call at 03:40 pm (approx). and he disconnected the call without giving me any satisfactory answer. my problem was regarding a recharge to which i havn't got balance. then again i called from 9993267605 and mr. veerendra attended the call on 198 (airtel complaint services) and he also disconnected the call without registering my complaint. so my request to you is to investigate and give me suitable information...
