Espected sir/madam

i am using airtel from last 3 year till today i don't face any prob but now a day's these are too much i have charged Rs30 0n 24 aug for callertune although i had deactivated it on 23rd and received deactivation confirmation sms . and i called on 198 thrice and talk to senior supervisor but they disconnected all time and also taik in a bad manner . my no is 9997775155.
