I am using airtel gprs postpaid service for last one year, already paid advance Rs.999/- rental for this service other than monthly bill. for last one year it was alright, but for last one month I am not getting gprs service in my area and put up several complaints, in customer care, but still this problem has not been resolved.now if I am surrendering my connection I will be simply loosing my rental charges. so either they give me the service or return my rental amount.

dear sir,

It is painful to say after alot of complaint also u r not able to resolve my

problem.earlier I given a complaint regarding gprs connectivity at Khaprail

cantt (madhuban area) where I used for last one year bur there is no gprs

connectivity now where as signal strength is full but in other areas in

siliguri (WB) town I am able to do net connectivity.so I am facing a lot of

problem for last one month, I am not at all able to use your service. Every

time u take ten days for resolution but ultimately nothing happens. if this

time I dont get resolution, then I have to surrender the connection.

I am presently using 9910032021 at cisf traing center, arakonam suraksha

complex (TAMILNADU) here also I am not getting gprs facilty in my phone, so there

is no other option to surrender this no.(9910032021) with immediate effect.but

u try to resolve the problem of other no which is used at madhuban area,

siliguri (WB).
