I would like to know the process of registering a complaint. My Airtel landline number is not working for the last 4 months including the Broadband.
I am very disappointed with Airtel Services and did not ever expect this from them. Inspite of repeated requests, my complaint is not being addressed. On top of that, they have been asking for payment every month and leving fines also. I would like to know the procedure to be followed now.
I am a sufferer and have been facing metal stress and connection problems.
I would really appreciate your suggestions, Sir.
