NO CONNECTIVITY AFTER PAYMENT

Tried level best to register a complaint for no connectivity inspite of making payment to Airtel. Everytime a new number is given by the customer care exec. I do feel after such a long waiting and innumerable calls i know more about them then their CEO My request no given by them is 37106066 dated 1st Sept. Can you guys help me out
