My mobile no is 9800377438 west Bengal (Durgapur) sim.
I recharged Rs 98/- pack for mobile office (2 GB free serfing) on 05/09.after that I got mobile office setting and abled to access internet service up to 06/09 10 am.
After that when I reached Bokaro (JH) I was unable to use the mobile office service. When ever I tried to open mobile office service, it always shows "PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABE AND CHECK NETWORK SERVICE”. After that I removed that sim from my mobile and inserted another GPRS enable sim to check my phone setting. And I able to access the MO service easily. There was no problem in my phone setting. After that I again reinserted my original (9800377438) sim and tried to access MO service but I failure i.e. it shows "PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABE AND CHECK NETWORK SERVICE”. More than 20 times I contacted to your customer care. Every time they are taking one complain and giving me some times like 2 hours, 4 hours etc.every time they are assuring me that within the above time limit my problem will be sorted out. But till now I am unable to access MO service. Since last 3 days I found that your BLUDDY NONSENSE IDIOT CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE (DURGAPUR CENTER) not able to sort out my problem and some times they cut my phone also. BUSTERD CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLES (NAMES-DEPALI, SOUMEN BANERJEE, BARUN KARMAKAR, DEVJANI, SWARUP) are sitting at hot seat to make foolish the customers only nothing else.
Please take serious action on this matter so that I can use MO service immediately.
