Why Airtel and all other mobile subscribers forcing me to listen marathi on their IVRS systems even after setting my language preferences.

If I am a non marathi user staying in Mumbai... why I am forced to listen a langauge that is difficult fro me to understand, when I have declared myself as a non marathi user why I am bound to listen all messages in regional langauge on my mobile... I am sure language preferences acan be set and served as pser individaul user preferences.

By default any general message should be anounced in Hindi and then in English rather than any Regional language at first.

I am commited to raise this at national level... I am not sure about other states of India... but if is happening there then it should be banned immediately.
