Invalid Balance Deductions

I activated the daily gprs service of Airtel worth rs 18/day on 25th September. I tried to deactivate it on 26th but they didnt register my request, i called the customer care and asked them to stop the service immediately. They confirmed the deactivation verbally i asked them to send me a message for the same but they didnt send it. After some time my service got renewed and Airtel again deducted my balance. This Happened 3rd time with me.
