Dear sir,
I am using AIR-TEL prepaid number for last 5 years, Last two week before i received one mess about re summit your ID proof. After that i never receive any message or call from AIR-TEL. yesterday i make a call that time the call was disconnect and i seen INACTIVITY SIM in my mobile. After that i call to customer care they speak and transfer to some other 2 persons. finally they give one number and told you will get new SIM in AIR-TEL showroom with 25Rs charges for that. Today morning i call that number they also told the same. I totally disappointed for this action, without any information how they disconnect the network. Now i get the same number means i need to pay 25Rs. But for join a new customer they give free SIM. I confused this system. Pls clarify.
