I am varsha prith,

i am using airtel mob. network service under the name "shanthi medicals".

i went to the local airtel showroom and requested them for "22000 local sms free @Rs.60/PM"

i payed the money

within 1 hour i got sms (from 121) that,

"22000 local sms free @Rs.60/PM -CHN has been activated on your airtel mob. with effect from 21-sep-10 SMS pack (200 SMS free and rest 60 paise) has been stopped"

but still my bill amount increases as it was before (200 SMS free and rest 60 paise)..

so, pls.. take my problem into account and reply me
