My no is 9810243856 are 10 years old customer they stop my hard copy of bill with out my information and send only SMS AND ALSO SEND SOFT COPY ON WRONG E-MAIL ID. WHEN CONTACTED HIS CUSTOMER CARE THEY VERY RUDE AND SAY FIRST SMS FOR HARD COPY AND IF YOU NOT PAY BILL ON BILL DATE WE DISCONECT YOU PHONE.
I loge so many complaint as 75767792, 757681916 on 01-Oct at 2.25p.m and also 34130248, 34130210 and 34148220 but till date no response for Airtel.
They not revert on these complaint and also start SMS FOR HIS BILL WHICH I NOT SEEN YET.
