Disconnection of Service & Bribe demand for reactivation

I had been using a number 98155-88168 for the last five years. Recently about one month before, i had got its plan changed from Post paid to prepaid, by submitting a new set of identity proof and photo. i was asked to submit the photograph and identity again and again, while i was out of station during that period. So i could not submit new set of documents, My services were barred on 30th october.

The dealer of Airtel "AMAN COMMUNICATION SUNAM" refused to forward my request to reactivate the services and asked for 3000Rs as bribe. I have already filed a complaint on phone into nodal office of Airtel at Mohali, but they also refused to give any complaint number and my problem is still unsolved.

Kindly take the necessary actions to solve my problem, because i am suffering from big Business Losses due to deactivation of services of my old number.
