Balance not credited

I am O.P Mathur.my number is 9829009830.its a prepaid connection.on 10th november i have recharged my number by 300Rs at around 10:30am.then message came on my number that recharge was succesful my transaction ID is1495054596, but not a single penny was credited till now.when i called customer care they told we cant help u.we dont know.this kind of service from such a reputed company was not at all appericiated.please do the needful as soon as possible.my alternate number is 8088325105
