Dear Sir/Mam

My no. 9996915559 using this no. since more then two years. I stated going through my bill details only 3 months back & since then not even a single bill i found without discrepancy. I have activated pay per second plan in which i should get 10500 sec local free but i was charged for that in august month bill. On complaint to [email protected] on mercy basis airtel provided me a discount of Rs 60 which is my money overcharged by airtel.

further more last month October i observed the same discrepancy on complaint i was given some Rs 66 as discount which was not sufficient as after going through my bill detail i observed more then Rs 150 against local calls has been charged to me, again On second time complain for october month bill airtel discounted me for further 100 Rupees.

This whole episode is a serious issue of overcharging a customer & raises serious questions for the authenticity of airtel billing.

Concern is also about that this is last three months only that i started observing my bill in more then 2 yrs, what about the bill money charges by airtel for balance period of two year which was never observed & checked thinking airtel as a brand name and believing in the airtel.

I seriously see this issue & doesn't see that airtel has not overcharged me for total duration of association with airtel.
