Dear Sir/Mam,
This is a complaint regarding my father's mobile number (AIRTEL, 9790822130). I have recharged to my father's mobile number using my account (ICICI) yesterday (30.11.10) for 70 Rs (full talktime). The amount was instantly debited from my account. The time limit they have given for the talktime to be credited is only 15 minutes but till now the talktime is not credited to the above-said number. I tried to contact customer care through the above-said AIRTEL number but they are holding the line for a longtime and noone is connected. They also charged for the call. Kindly help me to get the talktime or revert the amount to my account itself. I thought the service provider knows the account number which I used to recharge, so I didnt notify my account number for safety reasons. If necessary send me a mail i'll send my account number.
