Disturbed privacy

My mobile No. is 9591231372. I have registered Donot disturb service around 7 months back. I do not want any unwanted messages/calls to reach me at any pint of time since I work in various shofts.

They told me they would rectify it within 45 days. How ever they do not get this done at all even after mutliple follow ups. I request to be compensated for the lost privacy because of their service.
