Alance deducting

I activated internet pack on this nu. 9810353405 of rs.5/day.but after using this it is not deactivating, i am losing rs.5/day for 5 days .i tried so much to deactivate this but customer care executive is making many fake commitment to me..and now customer care executive is not connecting.
