I purchased a post paid fancy airtel number 9995759999 from kerala and paid 5000 Rs for airtel agent and used 2 years without any complaints. after that I have changed the scheme as prepaid and this is valid valid up to 2022 .
for a business purpose I used to go abroad and stay there 5 more months. After comeback from abroad when I try to insert the sim one message is showing the sim card registration failed and I complained to Airtel office and Nodal officer in Kerala. They told me they will reactivate this please wait just 1 weeks’ am calling almost 4 months now for to reactivate my sim but unfortunately there is no updates and still the message is same the registration is failed.
I have all my important contacts based on this number and I am sure there is around 500 rs as balance.
Kindly please do the necessary of this and please re activate ASAP.
