Dear sir my num is 9974143827, sir they minusing my balance 4 to5 times by sending sms for hello tunes, hello cinema, the customer care is a big layer they are not doing any think, these is the big cheating with the custmer i have lost about 100 rupees now y only say in these bad times we can effort, i am rechargeing for 50 rupees, when my balance is recheaging about 12 to 15 rupees they minusing it that means what, and this company is having to much complain in market also sir icannot effort these type of things pl help me and tell them to give balance back and take some strong action againts these type of thinks.
