Hello,

This is with reference to the Airtel connection for my mother and wife at our house. Please note, I use a Vodafone connection and I have no network issues. However my mom (Latha) using 98401 3***5 and my wife (Kavi) using an airtel number are facing severe network issues.

Most of the time the subscriber is not reachable for any airtel phone that is inside my house. I LIVE IN GOPALAPURAM which is a prime area and i have been hearing our neigbours say the same. We have changed multiple mobile phones to see if the issue is because of the mobile phone. However, looks like it is a network signal issue at your end.

Please have someone investigate this and if required, please have a signal booster installed near my house or at the surrounding location. We have been informing customer service about this but we don’t seem to find any actions from your end. Please act before we go more aggressive with this conitinuing issue.

Please note, we even have an airtel broadband installed recently – Luckily until date, we have not faced any issues with that –atleast as of now!
