BAD SERVICE ND MONEY DEDUCTION WITHOUT CONCERN OF AIRTEL

I am Apu Biswas and I am using my airtel connection (9932378436) from few years and right now I not getting proper service from airtel. Like I am paying for the service mobile office service but I am not getting The mobile office service. For that I complained to airtel nodal and appellate desk but they are resolving it. I send several e-mails to airtel But they are not responding me. I called up customer care for that but they disconnected my calls.

Even also my balance is getting deducted form my main a/c but I am not getting any explanation from them.

Sir, I want a good service from airtel as a customer want my balance refund, whatever deducted from my a/c by wrongly.
