SIM Card registration failed

I am Gorachand Bhowmick, residing in Kolkata. I am 72 years old.

Residential address - 15/1 Sisir Bagan Road, Behala, Kolkata - 32.

My land line number (bsnl) - 033-24461882.

I have a lifetime membership (cost Rs 999 during first buy) in my Airtel SIM card that i have. From last 7 days the Airtel SIM service was cancelled with a message &-quot;SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED". I went to the local AIRTEL office at New Alipur, Kolkata; but the Airtel shop dealer didnt respond to it. Further They were also not providing us a proper or a true cause for it.. Also, I am ready to submit my Photo, ID Proof, and all the necessary documents that are required to Reactivate my AIRTEL SIM, but they didnt respond to this also.

I request you to please look after this matter, and reactivate my mobile service provider (Airtel).
