I think airtel is a very big company which can earn more money from customers without prior information also...
I am using for the past 3 years...
But suddenly a msg came from airtel blog that " you have been subscribed and charged Rs.10 per month"...
what nonsense is this??
how can they do like this without any subscription made by a customer?
if it goes on like this... then per customer Rs.10 .. imagine if it touches around 1000 customers &--gt;> then 10 * 10000 = Rs. 100000 ..
All these money are from customers only...
I hope airtel will do necessary action to control these things..
Else many customers by chance can get migrated to other service provider as Govt. of India has announced new scheme by just making Rs.19.. (Rs. 19 is much better than Rs.10 to get deducted with prior knowledge from customer)..
