SIM ACTIVATION DELAY

I Have lost my mobile and requested for duplicate with the same number 9894028551 and the application was submitted on 17th at Raghaviah road, Airtel customer care center by 10.45 am. Till now the sim is not activated i.e 18th 11.20 am. I was informed that on 17th 5 pm that the server is down and hence the delay. Request activation on priority.
