We had booked PRI connection on 27th Dec. We have 50 extensions with the no. 43681800. We were committed about the activation time of 7 working days. No commitment has full filled on time.
Finally PRI Lines were activated on 12th of Jan. After the activation your engineers took away key phone. Even this people did not inform about proper procedure. We have fed up with Airtel's service providers. Every time we used to get only false commitments. Our PRI connection is still not working. They have installed faulty EPBX. This people were well known about it. The Key Phone were provided on 17th Jan. It is also used one. We are wasting our precious time & business because of this. Now who is the bearer for this loss. We never expected this type of service from Airtel.
