Again wrong balance detection

I m pavan shrivastava i mairtel user last 5 year .but airtel detect balance by wrong type .and customer care always says u r downlod java game.

At this time cut 30 rupees from my balance at the date of 22-01

and last time cut 40 rupees from my balance date of 13-01 so that ammont return by airtel . but at this time again 30 rupees cut.and the cc says u r download java game

and this not true.
