This is Vivek Poddar from pune (M.H.).
This is the 4th time i am writing to you. This is with regards to the network issue at my are.
I reside at Shanti niketan society, behind Aditya garden society, warje, mumbai pune highway, pune.
I am facing lots of problems with you poor coverage. As i enter at my sociecty network coverage is very low and at my flat i am not able to talk.
All that i came to know from a local vendor is that that previously there was a tower installed near my society which was removed later without any reason and that is the reason of poor coverage in that area.
I have recieved so many confirmation massege from airtel that we are currently working on your request. and the last msg i have recieved is showing my service request number is CINDL31102180390.
But unfortunately all that i have recieved is just messages and now I am so fed up and wish to change my number. Please if you can do something or else i will left with no choice changing my service provider with same number.
Hope this message will have some impact and you guys will take care of this matter seriously.
