About deducting my balance for internet which I deactiveted

I am Sarang Prabhakar Khobragade, My Airtel mobile number is 919503620305 I used Airtel Internet service on dated 22/1 of plan Rs.10 for 3 days in which they provide 100MB of data uses on my number.. After three days I used 100 MB data and after then I deactivate the service but they deduct my additional Rs.10 from my account.

I have already pay 10 rupees.

I used customer care help they give me my complaint request reference no.-CBDCC30124260554 on dated 24/1 at 12:27 pm. and told me that your complaint will be solved on 25/1 but still my complaint is not solved and my precious money is not refunded.

this is second time that this will happen with me..
