Sir, I am surprised to note that illegal deductions is being made by airtel prepaid service in the name of MATRIMONY ALERTS. Perhapes airtel company is sinking, However, it is the best way to collect money from poor prepaid mobile user. I tried to stop the unwanted alerts but failed.
Kindly help me for stop of these type of nonsense messages and not to be deducted amount. I will request airtel to refund my amount. Thanks.
