Getting Promotional SMS while registered with DND

Hi,

I have been registered with DND since March'2010 (Mobile number = 09910030158, date of registration with DND 12/03 and reference number S1016713996).

I still keep getting promotional text messages on a daily basis (sometimes even after midnight), and sometimes even phone calls asking for donations/credit cards too. I have tried to contact the Airtel Customer Care repeatedly over this, and they have not been able to adhere to the timelines that they themselves had claimed.

I am sick of the text messages now, and hence would like to complain officially hoping for a strict and severe action.

Some of the last test messages that I have received are:-

1) Sender = "LM-SARE"

Time SMS was received = 27/01 00:13 hrs

Content of the SMS = "Launches Cresent Part (FDI-Funded) 4BHK Servant Appt. of 1870 Sq.ft.@41 Lacs* Only on Sec-92, Gurgaon. Golden Investment with Bank Loan. SMS RA to 53030"

2) Sender = "BA-accolade"

Time SMS was received = 28/01 12:35 hrs

Content of the SMS = "Available Plots & Villas in Sec-00, Dwarka Expressway GGN, G99 an Integrated Township by Reputed UPPAL GROUP, Sizes 300sq.yd onwards, SMS GMR 56161"

Please intervene.
