Refund Balance

In the month of November I converted my prepaid sim to postpaid, they took 300 as deposit amount. After 2 month I again converted back to prepaid. I paid all the bills on time.

When I asked for the deposit amount, which they promised me return back after 3 month or after cancelling the postpaid. It was 162 balance left which they were supposed to return it back to me. They told me it will be transfered to ur main account (prepaid acc).

1 month gone, still they are just giving me time, it will be refunded. And still i haven't yet received. And even we cannot call customer care and talk. They say call to postpaid customer care with another number. And that not atall get connected.
