Yesterday at around 11.15 pm I got a msg from airtel that I have been charged Rs 10 for subscribing to airtel news and when I checked out my balance, Rs 10 were deducted from it.
I called up airtel customer care to know why did it happen, it took about 10 mins to connect to the executive and for talking to about 5 mins an executive told me that he's transfering my call to a senior person but the call hung up.
I called up again and after wasting 15 more minutes same thing happened. I tried to call again but this time it didn't even transfer to the executive.
This is the third time that something like this has happened.
Now, this morning again I got the same msg and 10 rs were deducted again without any use.
Airtel's customer service has become really poor and I regret chosing airtel for every requirement of mine (I have 2 airtel high speed broadband, 2 airtel mobile connections and a digital tv connection).
Now when I'm trying to call customer care it's again not connecting.
Really disappointed with the service of airtel.
